The Beauty Room by Jennifer specialises in prioritising your health by using non-toxic, vegan and cruelty free products
We wanted to create a space that benefits you and your health from using non-toxic gel polishes and creams ensuring all products that are applied to your nails and skin are the best quality and benefit your overall wellbeing
All the products we provide are not only Vegan and cruelty-Free they are FREE from: Formaldehyde, Toluene, Dibutyl Phithalate, Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, Ethyl Tosylamide, Xylene, Triphenol Phosphate, Sulfate or Sulphate, Parabens

The Beauty Room by Jennifer Policies
Cancellation, Lateness & No-Show Policy
Your card details are required at the time of your booking and a $40 fee will be forfeited for all appointments cancelled or changed less than 24hrs prior to your appointment as well as no-shows and is non-refundable under any circumstance
Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and could disadvantage the next client, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late this may result in additional charges or your appointment being forfeited
Bookings & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
I can only perform the services which you select at the time of the booking. Should you wish to make changes or request for additional services please notify us within 24 hours prior to your appointment
Payments of all services are CASH ONLY
You will be asked during your appointment if you are happy with your service - please let us know, as your opinion is valued! Please note, all services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your service please contact me within 48 hours of your service
If your nails have any breaks or lifting occurs within 2 days of your appointment, we will repair them free of charge at our next available appointment. Any repairs after this period will be charged.
Health & Safety Policy
Each client will receive their own labelled kit which will be kept in the salon to ensure all tools are only used on one person and never shared
If you arrive to your appointment with any nail discolouration, cuts or nail infections/nail diseases we will not be able to perform the service and the appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will need to provide a medical clearance before returning to the salon.
If any irritation occurs to your skin and nails after your appointment please notify me within 48 hours, any irritation that occurs to your skin and nails after the 48 hour time period could be due to how you use your hands e.g. bumping your nails, not using gloves when washing etc.
Prior to your appointment, It is your responsibility to notify us if you have sensitive skin or nails or if you have ever reacted from a nail service in the past.
For purposes of safety and sanitation, we cannot allow more than one guest per room.
